For day tours / airport transfers, cancellations made less than 3 days before the trip are non-refundable.
For multi-day packages, cancellation charges apply as follows:
30 days or more before start date – 10% deduction
15 to 29 days before start date – 25% deduction
8 to 14 days before start date – 50% deduction
Less than 7 days before start date – No refund
Refunds for hotels, flights, trains or other third-party bookings will follow the respective supplier’s cancellation rules.
Once a trip has started, unused services like meals, sightseeing, or transport will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–30 working days depending on banks and suppliers.
In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or other situations beyond our control, refunds will depend on what can be recovered from suppliers.
