Terms & Conditions – SPTL India Holidays

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings will be confirmed only after the required advance or full payment is received. Written communication via email or WhatsApp will be considered part of the booking agreement.

2. Identification & Documents

Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Passport, Voter ID, Driver’s License, etc.). Hotels and accommodations reserve the right to deny check-in without valid ID proof, and the company will not be held responsible in such cases.

3. Hotels & Accommodation Policies

  • Extra bed/mattress must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

  • Some hotels may not have elevators; travelers with mobility concerns should inform us before booking.

  • Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in/late check-out may attract additional charges unless included in the package.

4. Meals

  • Meals included in the package are served as per the hotel’s buffet, fixed menu, or meal plan.

  • Items not included in the package menu will be charged separately.

  • Room service or packed meals may attract additional charges.

5. Transportation & Vehicle Use

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement or repair will be arranged as soon as possible.

  • Drivers have fixed working hours. For usage beyond 12 hours in a day, prior notice is required.

  • Air conditioning may not be functional in hilly areas. Delays due to traffic, weather, or natural calamities are beyond the company’s control.

6. Route Changes & Additional Costs

  • Any increase in fuel prices or government taxes exceeding 5% may result in a rate revision, even after confirmation.

  • Sightseeing or travel beyond the confirmed itinerary will be chargeable.

  • Entry fees, parking, tolls, or “no-entry” restrictions in certain areas are not included unless specified.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Force Majeure

  • The company is not liable for cancellations caused by natural calamities, political unrest, road blockages, airline cancellations, or any situation beyond our control.

  • Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

  • Shortened stays, last-minute changes, or unused services will not be eligible for refunds.

8. Liability

SPTL India Holidays is not responsible for personal injury, accident, death, loss, or theft caused by hotels, transport providers, or third-party service providers. However, we ensure that all arrangements are made with reliable partners.

9. Jurisdiction & Policy Updates

  • The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts, unless otherwise specified.
